Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Sprinkle the sausages with Provençal herbs.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the meat in 13 min. Until done.
  3. Place the zucchini slices in an oven dish. Mix the garlic with 3 tbsp oil and add pepper and salt to taste. Drizzle the zucchini with the garlic oil. Put the dish in the oven for 15 minutes.
