Sesame cumin French toast with spinach
Breakfast dish of hearty French toast, made from eggs, milk, multigrain baguette, smoked paprika, cumin, sesame seeds and spinach with feta.

Beat the eggs with the milk, smoked paprika and cumin in a deep plate and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the baguette into 1.5 cm thick sloping slices.

Take half of the slices of bread through the egg and leave them in it.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the French toast for 3 min. Turn around and drizzle with the sesame seed.

Fry the French toast in another 3 minutes until golden brown and done. Bake another portion.

In the meantime, heat a skillet without oil or butter and allow the spinach to shrink on low heat.

Spread the French toast and spinach over the plates and crumble the feta over the spinach.
