Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir fry the shawarma and onion for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in the celery and curry and add salt and pepper to taste. Stir fry for another 4 minutes.
  3. Spoon the feta and the raisins through the meat mixture.
  4. Sprinkle the dish with the parsley. Serve with the bread.
