Shoarma dish with garlic sauce

Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Heat half of the oil and stir-fry the shoarma meat for 5-6 minutes.

Stir fry the vegetables for 3-4 minutes in the rest of the oil and season with salt and pepper.

Put the shawarma meat in an oven dish and scoop the vegetables.

Spread a layer of rösti over it and sprinkle with the cheese.

Bake the dish in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes.

In the meantime, mix the ingredients for the garlic sauce and season with salt and pepper.

Serve the sauce at the shawarma dish.
