Mallorcan pizza with spinach and sardines


A tasty Spanish recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mix for pizza bottom (a 450 g), olive oil, shallots, ready-to-cook spinach, sardines (120 g), tasty tom tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper and fresh parsley.

Directions

  1. Mix for pizza base with 1 tablespoon of oil and water according to dough kneading instructions.
  2. Grease griddle of oven.
  3. Roll out dough into rectangular piece (approx.
  4. 35 x 40 cm) and place on baking tray.
  5. Preheat the oven to 225 ºC or gas mark 5.
  6. Peel and chop the shallots.
  7. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in large saucepan and gently fry shallots for about 2 minutes.
  8. Add spinach and stir-fry for about 1 minute on high heat until spinach shrinks.
  9. Do so in colander and push out excess moisture.
  10. Drain the sardines and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  11. Cut the sardines into pieces.
  12. Wash tomatoes and cut into slices.
  13. Peel the garlic and press the upper bowl.
  14. Stir in 2 tablespoons of oil.
  15. Distribute spinach on dough.
  16. Sardines and tomatoes spread over pizza and cover with garlic oil.
  17. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pizza in the center of oven for approx.
  18. 15 minutes.
  19. Parsley finely cut and sprinkle over it.
  20. Cut pizza into quarters and serve immediately..
