Directions

  1. Bring plenty of water with salt to the boil and cook the pasta shells al dente.
  2. In the meantime, arrange the meat with the flour. Heat the oil and stir-fry the meat in a few portions at medium height brown.
  3. Remove the meat from the pan and stir the baking. Add the mushrooms in one go and stir-fry brown quickly on high setting.
  4. Add the garlic and parsley and cook for another minute.
  5. Now pour in the meat and pasta shells and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  6. Tasty with a salad.
