A tasty recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: fish, shoarma rolls, mayonnaise, curry powder, smoked mackerel fillet ((190 g), drained), red onion (in thin rings) and atjar tjampoer (Indian sweet acid).

Directions

  1. Fry the shawarma rolls according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Stir in a bowl a sauce of the mayonnaise and the curry powder.
  3. Season with (freshly ground) pepper.
  4. Allow the rolls to cool slightly, cut them open and spread generously on the inside with the curry sauce.
  5. Divide the smoked mackerel over the buns and place the onion rings and some atjar tjampur.
  6. Serve immediately..
