Shoarma strips with couscous


Couscous with shorameer strips, raisins, spinach and almond shavings.

Directions

  1. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, heat the margarine in a frying pan and fry the meat over a high heat for 2 minutes. Leave to cook for 4 minutes on low heat.
  2. Stir in the couscous and add the raisins and the almonds. Leave to work for 2 minutes. Heat the oil in another frying pan and stir-fry the spinach 3 min.
  3. Season with pepper and salt. Cut lettuce into strips. Divide the lettuce over the plates and add the meat. Serve with couscous and spinach.
