Shoarma strips with couscous
Couscous with shorameer strips, raisins, spinach and almond shavings.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, heat the margarine in a frying pan and fry the meat over a high heat for 2 minutes. Leave to cook for 4 minutes on low heat.

Stir in the couscous and add the raisins and the almonds. Leave to work for 2 minutes. Heat the oil in another frying pan and stir-fry the spinach 3 min.

Season with pepper and salt. Cut lettuce into strips. Divide the lettuce over the plates and add the meat. Serve with couscous and spinach.
