Shortbread
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: butter (at room temperature), fine sugar and flour.

Preheat the oven to 150 ° C. Line the baking sheet with baking paper. In a bowl, beat the butter with 50 g sugar in 5 min. Lightly and creamy. Beat the flour in portions until a firm dough is formed. Make it a ball.

Dust the work surface with flour. Roll out the dough into a round piece with a diameter of approx. 20 cm. Place the dough on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and cut it into 12 points. Prick holes in the dough with a fork.

Put the baking sheet in the middle of the oven and bake the shortbread in about 35 minutes until golden brown and done.

Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the cake with the remaining sugar. Allow the cake to cool on the baking tray. Break the shortbread into points and serve them on a scale.
