Shrimp and broccoli in soy sauce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, egg noodles (250 g), oil, broccoli (in florets with stalk), sesame seeds (100 g dish), onions (in thin segments), tomatoes (in parts), wok prawns (with garlic ( 200 g)) and ketjap manis.

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging, pour and collect the cooking liquid.

Spoon the noodles with 1/2 tbsp oil.

Bring plenty of water to the boil and cook the broccoli for 5 minutes.

Heat a skillet without butter or oil and toast the sesame seed until golden brown.

Allow to cool on kitchen paper.

Heat the rest of the oil in a stir frying pan and the onions golden brown.

Add the tomatoes and broccoli and stir fry for about 3 minutes until the tomatoes soften.

Add the shrimp, ketjapmarinadeen 150 ml of cooking water from the noodles.

Bring to a boil over a high heat.

Cook the shrimp in approx.

2-3 min.

Until done.

Serve the shrimp-vegetable mixture with the egg noodles in bowls and sprinkle with the sesame seed..
