Vegetable sticks with baked potatoes
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: potato slices (700 g), olive oil, vegetable sticks (a 180 g), Greek olives with herbs and garlic (seedless), white cheese cubes, vine tomatoes, mixed lettuce (200 g) and yoghurt dressing (bottle a 450 ml).
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and potato slices in 10 min.
Heat residual oil in other frying pan and cook vegetable sticks according to baking instructions.
Meanwhile, let the olives drain and crumble cheese cubes.
Clean tomatoes and cut into wedges.
Mix lettuce and tomatoes with dressing.
Prepare olives and feta from potatoes and heat them up.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve baked potatoes with vegetable sticks and lettuce..
