Cook penne in 13 minutes until done. Sprinkle schnitzel with pepper and salt. Heat 2 tablespoons oil and fry schnitzel in a large frying pan for 8 minutes.

After 5 minutes, put tomatoes alongside schnitzel and fry. Heat in other pan crème fraîche with tomato puree. Cut the chives finely above and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Drain pasta in colander. Heat in a battering pan 1 tbsp oil and fry garlic for 10 seconds over a high heat. Mix in penne. Spoon schnitzel, tomatoes and penne on plate. Spoon sauce over meat.
