Shrimp and crab in dill cream
A delicious scandinavian recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, fresh dill (15 g), surimi flakes (125 g), pink shrimp (à 125 g), medium dry sherry, whipped cream, salt and freshly ground pepper and watercress (75 g).

Half of dill mincing. Cut the surimi into pieces. Rinse shrimp in sieve and pat dry with kitchen paper. Fry shrimp, surimi, finely chopped dill and sherry carefully in each bowl. Let marinate in refrigerator at least 2 hours covered.

Chop the rest of dill. In bowl, whipped cream with salt and pepper to taste well. Spread the shrimp mixture lightly. Spread on a flat round dish and place watercress around branches.
