Directions

  1. For the first dish mix mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, whiskey, salt and pepper.
  2. For the second dish, mix the yoghurt mayonnaise with lemon juice and dill.
  3. Divide the cucumber slices for dish 1, except for the garnish, over the glasses. Spoon the shrimp and whiskey sauce on top and garnish with the rest of the cucumber.
  4. For dish 2, shovel the shrimp through the lemon mayonnaise and spread it over the spoons.
  5. Heat the soup with the cream for dish 3. Put the shrimps and the chives through and serve in the bowls. Put 3 dishes on each plate.
