Smoked mackerel with badjak sauce


A tasty recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, sambal bathrobe, tomato ketchup, ginger syrup, fresh coriander (finely chopped), steamed mackerel (whole), nectarines (halved and peeled) and oil.

Directions

  1. For sauce in a bowl of sambal with tomato ketchup, ginger syrup and coriander stir into sauce.
  2. Cover mackerel and nectarines with oil. Mackerel on hot rack in about 10 minutes. At the same time nectarines on well greased grill topper on each side for approx. 3 min. Grilling. Clean fish and serve with warm nectarines and sambal sauce. Tasty with baguette and prawn crackers.
