Ribbed celery with egg salad
Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry the bacon crisply. Cut the eggs into small cubes. Mix the eggs with the mayonnaise, crème fraîche, mustard, lemon juice, dill and bacon cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
Cut the celery into pieces, fill with the egg salad and garnish with a sprig of dill. Serve the celery with egg salad as an appetizer or snack.
