Shrimp rolls


A nice Mediterranean recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, Dutch shrimp (a 100 g), mayonnaise, celery (in pieces), dried tarragon, herb vinegar, tabasco (bottle 57 ml), eggs, soft dots (8 pieces), lettuce (washed) and paprika powder.

Directions

  1. Mix the prawns with the mayonnaise, celery, tarragon, herb vinegar, a few drops of Tabasco, salt and pepper.
  2. Boil the eggs hard in 8 minutes. Peel them and cut into slices. Cut open the buns at the top. Tear the leaves in half and put a leaf of lettuce in each roll. Divide the shrimp mixture. Place the slices of egg next to the shrimps and sprinkle with the paprika powder.
