Shrimp skewer
A tasty recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, garlic, chilled lemon grass, traditional olive oil and fresh cocktail prawn.

Cook the potatoes for about 15 minutes until done. Finely chop the garlic. Remove the outside of the lemongrass and cut the stem into pieces.

If necessary, cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Slice the flesh finely.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the garlic, lemongrass, pepper and salt, if necessary, for about 1 min.

Spoon the shrimps through the oil and fry while stirring over medium heat until they are hot through and through.

Drain the potatoes, halve them and brush them with a little oil from the pan.

Thread the prawns on sticks and turn the coriander around it. Put half a potato on each skewer.
