Single waldorf salad with chicken
Salad of celery, smoked chicken breast, apple and walnut.

Peel the stalks of celery with a peeler and cut the upper 6 cm (with leaf) from each stalk. Keep it separate.

Cut the rest diagonally into thin slices. Cut the chicken fillet into slices and the apple into thin slices. Chop the walnuts coarsely.

Mix in the chicken fillet, apple and walnuts. Stir the water through the mayonnaise and mix through the salad. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the salad into festive slices or wide glasses and insert the pieces of celery (with leaf).
