Ham-wrapped zucchini staves
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, hearty courgettes, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, baby leafs (mixed leafy lettuce and herbs, 80 g) and Gallia ham (or 16 slices of Kempische or serrano ham).

Halve the courgettes and cut off the ends. Place zucchini halves upright on cutting board and cut into 4 thick slices. Cut each slice into 3 strips, so that thick rods are formed. Zizzle stews in plenty of boiling water with salt in 1-2 min. Drain in colander. Clean lemon peel, peel, and crush fruit. In a bowl of lemon juice and grate, stir in 4 tbsp oil, season to taste dressing with salt and pepper. Zucchini in lemon dressing Let it cool down for 15 min.

Carve lettuce leaves with 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper. Spread out four plates. Carefully remove the ham. Into each slice of ham, wrap 3 courgette staves and put 4 on each plate.
