Sirloin steak with pepper sauce and chicory lettuce
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, potato wedges, Provençal herbs, entrecotes, salt and pepper, chicory, apple, salad dressing caesar, red wine and pepper cream sauce.

Potato slices with Provencal herbs sprinkle and covered in 10 min.

Golden brown and cooked.

Take half of the lid of the pan.

Shake potatoes occasionally.

Dab with entrecotees with kitchen paper, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fry 25 g of butter in frying pan and brown in 2 min.
