A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, potato wedges, Provençal herbs, entrecotes, salt and pepper, chicory, apple, salad dressing caesar, red wine and pepper cream sauce.

Directions

  1. Fry 25 g of butter in frying pan or wok.
  2. Potato slices with Provencal herbs sprinkle and covered in 10 min.
  3. Golden brown and cooked.
  4. Take half of the lid of the pan.
  5. Shake potatoes occasionally.
  6. Dab with entrecotees with kitchen paper, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Fry 25 g of butter in frying pan and brown in 2 min.
  8. On the side and brown on the inside.
  9. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm.
  10. Meanwhile, cut chicory and apple into pieces.
  11. Chicory and apple in bowl with salad dressing.
  12. Fry red wine and pepper cream sauce through shortening and even warm through.
  13. Divide the potatoes and entrecotes into two plates, add sauce over meat.
  14. Serve separately..
