Slaves with beetroot, leek and potatoes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, slaves (a 2 pieces), butter, potatoes (pound (a 500 g)), leeks (in strips), beetroot (mini (180 g)), crème fraîche (125 ml) and mustard.

Fry the croquettes in 1 tablespoon of butter around brown in a frying pan, add the potatoes and fry them together in about 20 minutes until tender and tender.

Meanwhile, simmer the leeks in the rest of the butter for about 15 minutes. Pour the water from the beetroot into a pan, halve the beetroot and heat them for about 8 minutes on low heat in their own moisture. Mix the crème fraîche with mustard to taste and stir in the leek.

Spoon the beets at the last by the leek or serve them separately. Divide the croquette skins over 4 plates, together with the fried potatoes, the beetroot and the leeks.
