Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken on a medium height around brown. Pour a dash of water and roast the chicken in about 15 minutes until done.

Fry the sweet potato fries about 3 minutes or prepare for about 15 minutes in the oven according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the rest of the oil in another frying pan and heat the corn, kidney beans and sweet pepper.

Scrape the cucumber into ribbons and mix with the chili sauce.

Sprinkle the sweet fries with coarse (sea) salt. Serve the chicken with the fries, the vegetable salsa and the cucumber.
