Sliced bean salad with goat's cheese
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian lunch contains the following ingredients: string beans, soft goat cheese, red pepper, black olives, olive oil and lemon (squeezed out).

Cut the string beans in diamonds and boil for 2 minutes in plenty of boiling water with salt al dente.

Rinse the string beans in a colander with cold running water, so they stay nice and green.

Cut the peppers and olives into pieces and mix them with the olive oil and the lemon juice through the string beans.

Season the salad with salt and pepper and crumble the goat cheese over it.

Bring: Take the crumbled goat's cheese and the bean salad in separate containers in the cooler.

Sprinkle the cheese just before serving over the salad..
