                                Keep 4 sprigs of dill separately for the garnish. Chop the green leaves of the dill small.
- 
                                Spoon the sour cream into a bowl and stir in the lemon juice, dill and chives. Cut the cress from the container.
- 
                                Spread each slice of smoked salmon thinly with the seasoned sour cream. If necessary, the sour cream can be slightly diluted by adding a dash of milk. Roll up the slices.
- 
                                Divide the salmon rolls over the plates. Sprinkle the rolls with freshly ground pepper. Put a sprig of dill on each roll. Garnish the dish with tufts of cress.
