Peel the apple and peel the banana. Cut the apple into quarters and remove the core. Cut the apple and banana into small pieces.

Put the fruit, honey and lemon juice in the blender and mix for 1 min. Add the buttermilk and mix for another 3 minutes.

Pour the smoothie into the glasses. Put the glasses on plates and put the cookies next to them.
