Put the oatmeal in the blender and pour in the hot water. Do not let the machine run, but wait 5 minutes.

Peel the bananas. Turn on the blender and add the bananas, frozen raspberries and mint leaves.

Mix in 2 minutes to a smooth smoothie. Divide over 4 glasses and serve.
