Chop the mixed nuts coarsely.

Cut the apricots into small pieces.

Roast the nuts in a dry frying pan until they turn light brown.

Put the pumpkin, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and muesli through them and grill everything before the flakes just start to color.

Take the pan off the heat and pour the sugar through it and let the sugar all the time as a thin layer around the flakes, pips and nuts melt.

Divide everything over a griddle covered with baking paper and scoop the apricots and raisins.

Allow the muesli to cool completely.

Keep the muesli in a well-sealed pot.
