A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: mandarins (clementines), mandarin or orange liqueur (liquorice), cantuccini (Italian almond cookies, 175 g), vanilla pudding and cocoa powder.

Peel 4 mandarins and divide them into segments. Squeeze out another 2 mandarins. Liqueur by stirring juice. Almond cookies dip into mandarin juice one at a time. Put half of cookies on the bottom of four tall, wide glasses. Sprinkle the rest of juice over it. Put half the mandarin slices on cookies and divide half of the curds. Put low biscuits and layer segments on top again. Cover with the rest of cottage cheese. Allow the tiramisu to taste in at least 1 hour in a refrigerator.

Briefly remove glasses from the refrigerator and dust them with cocoa powder (using sieve).
