Spaghetti bolognese with tuna

Slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fruit the garlic 1 min.

Turn the heat high, add the frozen wok vegetable and stir fry 6 minutes. Drain.

Add the tomato cubes, the tomato paste, the tuna and the herbs and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Divide the spaghetti over deep plates and spoon over the sauce.
