Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Cut the Turkish bread (pide) horizontally in half. Place the halves side by side on the baking tray with the cutting edge above. Bake the bread in the middle of the oven in 3 minutes slightly crisp. Do not turn off the oven.

Heat the olive oil and fry the garlic, onion and pine nuts for 5 minutes. Spoon the spinach through and stir fry until the spinach shrinks. Add salt and pepper. Let the spinach drain in a sieve or colander.

Brush the bread halves with the herb cream cheese. Stir the grated cheese through the spinach and spread this mixture over the bread halves. Make four dimples apart in the spinach and break an egg.
