Spaghetti soup with pumpkin and leek


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, leeks (in 1 cm thick rings), garlic (finely chopped), pumpkin (cleaned and in pieces), fresh oregano (finely chopped), vegetable stock tablet, spaghetti, fresh soup balls and Parmesan cheese (freshly grated ).

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a soup pot and gently fry the leek and garlic for 2 minutes. Scoop the pieces of pumpkin and the oregano through them. Add 1/2 liter of water and the stock tablet and bring everything to the boil. Cook the soup gently for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the spaghetti and cook the pasta according to the cooking time on the package in the soup until done. Cook the soup balls for the last 5 minutes.
  3. Season the soup with salt and pepper. Spoon the soup into 2 large deep plates and serve the cheese separately.
