Boil the cauliflower florets for 3 minutes and drain them. Rinse cold water.

Boil the spaghetti in plenty of boiling water with salt al dente. Roast the almonds in a dry, hot frying pan until golden brown.

Remove the lumps from the sardines. Heat the olive oil and stir-fry the cauliflower with garlic for 3 minutes.

Add the halved sardines, half of the almonds and the tomatoes. Stir fry gently for 2 minutes.

Spoon the stir-fry mixture through the spaghetti and warm well. Sprinkle the dish before serving with the rest of the almonds and parsley.
