Directions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in plenty of water with salt according to the instructions on the packaging.
  2. In the meantime, heat the oil at medium height and add the garlic and pepper until everything starts to smell. Do not let the garlic discolour too much.
  3. Add the capers and sardines and simmer for a moment.
  4. Drain the spaghetti and scoop it with the parsley through the sauce. If necessary, season with salt and pepper.
