Sandwichragout with bean salad


A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, broken green beans (450 g), lettuce, brown bread, butter, cheese young (grated), beef ragout (400 g) and salad dressing.

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  2. Season the beans in large boiling water with a little salt in approx.
  3. 7 minutes.
  4. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  5. Remove leaves, wash and dry from the head of lettuce.
  6. Slice butter bread thinly with butter.
  7. 4 spread sandwiches with half of the grated cheese.
  8. Put the remaining sandwiches with the buttered side up.
  9. Make sandwiches brown under the grill.
  10. Turn sandwiches over, distribute ragout, sprinkle with remaining cheese and turn golden brown under grill.
  11. Meanwhile mix lettuce leaves with beans and salad dressing.
  12. Season with coarsely ground pepper.
  13. Lay the sandwich on four plates and add the salad separately..
