Preheat the oven to 160ºC. Roast the chicken in the oven for about 2.5 hours.

Sprinkle the chicken regularly with some of the marinade. Add the potatoes after 1.5 hours and cook them.

Turn on the oven grill for the last 15 minutes and bake the chicken and potatoes extra golden brown.
