Directions

  1. Cut the chicken fillet into strips and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken in about 4 minutes around brown and done. Remove from the pan and allow to cool.
  3. Break the noodles. Heat the butter in another frying pan and fry the noodles for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the spices of the noodles, the almond shavings and the sesame seeds and cook for 3 minutes until all the ingredients are golden brown. Allow to cool separately.
  5. Beat a dressing of the oil, the soy sauce, the vinegar and the sugar. Season with pepper if necessary.
  6. Mix the coals with the noodles and the chicken. Mix well and sprinkle with the dressing.
