Spaghetti with valess and pine nuts
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, garlic, fresh basil (a 15 g), pine nuts (a 65 g), olive oil and Valess mediterranean (a 2 fillets).

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions for use.

Wash and halve tomatoes.

Garlic peel and chop.

Cut basil leaves into strips.

Pour pine nuts into dry frying pan with non-stick coating.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in second frying pan and fry the fillets until tender and golden brown in 4 min.

Heat residual oil in other frying pan and fry garlic for 1 min on low heat.

To add and fry for 2 minutes.

Mix tomatoes, garlic oil and spaghetti in large quantities.

Sprinkle spaghetti with basil and pine nuts and serve with fillets..
