Spanish potatoes with salad carree
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, solid potatoes ((3 kg bag), peeled), green beans, olive oil, lettuce (carree (a 2 pieces)), mild paprika, garlic (pressed), black olives (in slices (a 240 g), drained), aioli (semi-skimmed mayo and pot 350 ml).

Cut the potatoes into cubes of 1 cm. Cook the potato cubes for 10 minutes in a little water with salt. In the meantime, remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans and cook for 6 minutes until al dente.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the salad carrer in 10 min. On both sides until cooked and brown; times regularly. Heat the rest of the oil in another frying pan and fry the potatoes in 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Spoon the paprika, the garlic and the slices of olive through the potato cubes and fry for 1 min on low heat.

Divide the salad cutter over 4 plates, add the potato cubes. Serve with the green beans and aïoli.
