Put the ice cream just before the main course is served outside the refrigerator and if necessary let it soften slightly at room temperature.

In each section, shovel 2 rolls of 'splashing wine' ice cream and divide the raspberries over it. Sprinkle the berry liqueur over it.

Spray a generous amount of whipped cream in each cut. Break the chocolates into coarse pieces and put them in the whipped cream. Serve immediately.
