Salmon, avocado, spinach and asparagus broccoli with spelled pasta.

Directions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain and mix with the oil.
  2. Meanwhile, clean the lemon, grate the yellow skin and squeeze half of the fruit.
  3. Slice the garlic. Halve the asparagus broccoli in the length.
  4. Cut the avocado half in half and remove the kernel and the peel. Cut the flesh into 8 strips.
  5. Mix the oil with the baharat and spread over the salmon.
  6. Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the salmon almost 8 minutes. Turn halfway. Grill the avocado for the last 5 minutes. Turn halfway.
  7. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a stirring stir-fry, the asparagus broccoli and garlic 2 min.
  8. Add the spinach in parts and stir-fry for another 4 minutes. Season with the lemon juice, pepper and salt.
  9. Divide the salmon into pieces and mix with the pasta and the lemon zest through the vegetables. Serve with the avocado.
