Spelled pasta with bread crumbs and creamy leeks

Crumble the bread into pieces of approx. ½ cm. Slice the garlic. Remove the seeds from the half red pepper. Slice the flesh finely.

Heat a large skillet without oil or butter and fry the pancetta in 4 min. Crunchy. Turn halfway.

Remove from the pan and drain on kitchen paper. Leave the shortening in the pan.

Fry the breadcrumbs, garlic and red pepper in the remaining shortening in 5 minutes. Remove from the pan and drain.

Clean the pan. Heat the butter in the same pan and fry the leek for 3 minutes on a high heat.

Add the peas, tarragon and whipped cream and simmer with the lid on the pan for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packaging.

Remove the pan from the heat and pour the pre-mix into a high bowl. Grate the cheese and add to the pre-mix.

Puree the pre-mix with the hand blender into a smooth sauce. Season with pepper.

Drain the pasta and mix through the sauce. Crumble the pancetta on top and sprinkle with the bread crumbs. Serve immediately. Yummy! .
