Cut a piece off the bottom of the asparagus. Divide the asparagus into slanting pieces of 5-6 cm.

Heat the oil in a wok. Stir fry the asparagus, leeks, ginger, garlic and pepper for 4 minutes.

Add the ketjapmarinadeen broth and heat on a high setting for 4 minutes so that the moisture evaporates.
