Spicy bean soup with smoked sausage


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Gelderse smoked sausage (250 g), red pepper, sunflower oil, Italian vegetable mix (400 g), sifted tomatoes (500 ml), kidney beans (a 400 g) and vegetable stock tablets.

Directions

  1. Sausage well according to instructions.
  2. Clean pepper, remove seeds and chop.
  3. Heat oil in soup pan and vegetables and pepper for about 3 minutes.
  4. Drain the beans.
  5. Add tomatoes, beans, bouillon tablets and 700 ml of water and bring to the boil.
  6. Soup gently for about 5 minutes.
  7. Cut the sausage into slices and heat for approx.
  8. 2 minutes.
  9. Tasty with baguette..
