Peel the garlic and cut it fine. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the garlic, the minced meat with the Italian herbs in 6 minutes.

Add the stir-fry mix and cook for 4 minutes. Change regularly.

Add the tomato cubes, vinegar, pepper and salt, and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Season with pepper and salt.

Bring a generous pan with water and a little salt to the boil, add the spaghetti and cook for 4 minutes until al dente.

Drain and mix the spaghetti through the sauce. Spread over plates and sprinkle with the cheese.
