Spicy cheese fondue from mexico
A nice mexican recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: butter, flour, milk, fresh cream cheese natural, cheddar ((dark yellow English cheese), grated), mozzarella ((cheese), in pieces), jalapeño peppers (pot a 227 g), fresh coriander ( (a 15 g) and finely chopped).

In the fondue pot (or frying pan with thick bottom) melt butter. Sprinkle flour over it and lightly fry for 1 min. Add milk and continue stirring with a wooden spoon until smooth, bound sauce is created. Melt cream cheese in sauce. Mix the cheddar and mozzarella with sauce and stir until all the cheese has melted. Cut the peppers into pieces and stir in the fondue with coriander. Put cheese fondue pan on the table on the table.

To dipping: - boiled mini-cabbage fry - strips of red or yellow pepper - tortilla chips or rolled strips of wraptortilla - pieces of fresh pineapple - pieces of avocado - chorizo sausage (non-vegetarian).
