Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a large (soup) pan with a thick bottom and fry the chicken and curry 4 min.
  2. Add the string beans and cook for 2 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. Add the stock and cook for 6 minutes on medium heat. Meanwhile cut the radish into slices.
  4. Add the rice to the soup. Heat the soup for 2 minutes on low heat. Pour in bowls and spread the radish over it.
