Spicy chicken-broccoli dish
Spicy chicken with broccoli, onion, coconut milk and rice.

Bring the coconut milk to the boil with the water and salt to taste. Add the rice and cook until cooked in 10 minutes.

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, chop the onion and divide the broccoli into very small florets.

Heat in a stirring oil and fry the chicken fillet until golden brown.

Fry the onion for 1 min. And add the broccoli. Fry the broccoli, stirring in 7-8 min. Until crispy.

Add a few tablespoons of water if necessary. Season the chicken breast with the broccoli with the soy sauce and chilli powder.

Put the rice in bowls and spread the chicken breast with the broccoli over it.
