Preheat the oven to 180 ºC.

Line the greased quiche mold with the tart dough.

Beat the eggs in a large bowl. Add the chicken from cans, garden peas and coconut milk.

Mix well. Pour the mixture into the quiche mold. Bake the quiche golden brown and cooked in the oven for about 1 hour.

Take the quiche out of the oven. Divide into points and garnish with the cress.
