Remove the skin and the bones from the mackerel and divide the fish into pieces. Cut the chicory into coarse pieces.

Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Chop the onion. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion for 3 minutes. Add the chicory and stir-fry 5 minutes.

Add the dairy spread and approx. 100 ml of boiling water and let the dairy spread melt.

Add the mackerel and warm for approx. 3 minutes, scoop occasionally. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta. Add with the chives to the mackerel mixture. Serve immediately.
